Workplace Zone (WZ)

Workplace Zones are geographic units used in the UK to represent clusters of workplaces.

They are based on data from the 2011 Census, specifically commuting (workplace) data.

Unlike OAs (which focus on where people live), WZs group areas where people go to work.

Each WZ contains at least 3 and usually more workplace addresses.
